Hello, has any one used Skinceuticals C&E feulic? I am looking for a product that can brighten or possibly whiten skin. Thanks for sharing your experience and thoughts.

I have been advised against using it...something about irritants?!
If you want to brighten skin, I think a lot of lines will say use Vitamin C creams...however they do cause more blackheads, so be careful with that. |

Thank you for your advice. Coffeebean. Any product suggestion? I found that most of the whitening/brightening line tend to dry skin.

I have bought the C&E feulic, but I am disappointed. I don't see much difference, plus I strongly dislike the texture and smell of the product.

You do need to use the serum for at least 3 cycles. The texture feels slightly more oil based... Wouldnt recomend it if you were super oily..But once it does absord and dry into the skin it feels nice on the skin. Just dont forget these products dont work over night. I used serum 20 alternating it with C E and it rid of of a scar I had on my face within 3 momth. Also I noticed the hyperpigmentaion above my upper lip is fading. And if you are worried about being irritated. try the Phloretin CF. More for oily skin types as well as it only has the 10% L-Asorbic

Bobbi Brown brightening intensive serum works for me. It isn't an overnight miracle, but I continual see results when used regularly (My husband agrees that it is the only thing that works-No more IPL for me). It isn't drying or irritating for my combo skin and it absorbs nicely. It's expensive, but the bottle lasts a really long time.

I bought the serum and have stopped using it. It's quite disappointing of the purchase. I can't stand the smell of product. Also, it seems to block the pore even though I have combination skin in summer.

I like this product for the summer as it does brighten the skin, but also protects from sun. I would also try the SkinCeuticals Phloretin CF as it did not clog my pores as much and seemed to brighten better for me.
