I've had luck with A-Derma skincare cream, Aveeno and Vaseline intensive lotions. When I used to get it really bad I would use a thin layer of emu oil (but you can use any other oil that works for you --that just happened to be what I had on hand then) then layer my body lotion on top. If my eczema was really bad.. sometimes I needed a hydrocortisone cream first. I've found that once I can get it under control, if I keep the area well moisturized regularly then I'm good.
Eucerine calming cream. It's the best (I think). You can try it out at shoppers drug mart.

oh yeah, cortisone if it's really bad. You can get a prescription for that. Or you can try Obagi Nuderm Action if it's mild. Hope that helps. My sun has eczema and his went away. You could have food allergies. Try getting your blood tested for allergies.
My family uses Linacare intensive (unscented)- It's ideal for eczema prone skin because it contains no irritants, fragrances, lanolin or sensitizers. Use it 2 or 3 times daily and after a week you should see an improvement. A MUST try, especially in winter.
